Refunds Child Form
The refunds child form is located under the Accounting tab on the Household Profile and displays a list of all refunds made to the household.
Refunds Child Form Information
The refunds child form displays a listing of all refunds made to the household. This child form displays the following data columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Trx Number | This is the transaction number associated to the refund. |
| Refund Date | This is the date the refimd was made. |
| Closed | Displays whether the batch associated to this refund is open or closed. |
| Batch Name | Displays the name of the batch associated for this refund. |
| Refund Amount | This is the amount of the refund. |
| Check Number | This is the check number that was used to issue the refund. |
| Check Date | This is the date the check was issued for the refund. |
| Reference | This is the reference ID for this refund. |
