Individuals Child Form
Use the Individuals child form to list, report on, edit, and add Individuals the Organization has relationships with.
The relationships that an Organization shares with Individuals appear on the Relations tab. You can click the arrow next to the record in order to go to the Individual record . Relationship records display information such as the start date of the relationship and when it is scheduled to end. If Primary Contact is checked, the Individual is the primary contact for the Organization. If Primary Affiliation is checked, the Organization is the primary Organization for that Individual.
Individuals Child Form Information
The Individuals child form displays a list of Individuals related to the individual whose profile you are viewing. You see the following columns on the Individuals child form:

| Name | Displays the name of the Individual the individual has a relationship with. |
| Member? | Displays whether the Individual is a member of the Organization. |
| Type | Displays the type of relationship the Organization has with the Individual. |
| Title | Displays the Individual's title within the Organization. |
| Start Date | Displays the start date of the Individual's relationship with the Organization. |
| End Date | Displays the end date of the individual's relationship with the Individual. |
| Primary Contact | Displays whether the Individual is the primary contact for the Organization. |
| Primary Affiliation | Displays whether this is the Individual's primary organization affiliation. |
Individuals Database Information
The table co_individual_x_organization holds the record that links an Individual to an Organization. The prefix for this table is ixo and contains the customer keys for the Individual and the Organization. The table also holds start and end dates for the relationship. These dates can be left null. The relationship record can also store the type of relationship, e.g., staff or employee.The Individual and Organization record also links to the primary relationship for that customer, which is stored in the cst_ixo_key.
